This site sets no cookies

Not one. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no session cookies and no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so opening a page sends your details to nobody but us.

One thing we store on your device

If you use the Aa button to turn on bigger text, higher contrast, underlined links or reduced motion, that choice is saved in your own browser so the next page looks the same. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data for this site removes it.

What we collect, and only if you send it

• The estimate form. Your name and phone number, and if you fill them in, your community and a description of the problem. Nothing else, and no hidden fields beyond one empty box that catches automated spam.
• Phone calls. If you call, we have your number because you dialled us.

We use those details to call you back about your garage door and to do the work. We do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to advertisers.

Where the form goes, and who handles it

A submission reaches us two ways: an email, and a private message to our own phones so an after-hours request is not sitting in an inbox until morning. It is not stored in a database on this site.

Getting it to us involves three companies, and you are entitled to know which:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the code that receives the form.
• Resend delivers the email.
• Telegram carries the message to our phones.

Each of them handles your details only to pass them along. If delivery fails you get an error and a request to call — never a thank-you page for a message that never arrived.

Server logs

Our host records ordinary request logs — IP address, time, page, browser — as every web server does. We do not build profiles from them and we do not connect them to anything you send us.

Your rights in California

California residents can ask what personal information we hold about them, ask for it to be deleted, and be told if it has been sold or shared. We do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, call {{PHONE}} — the same number as everything else.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
