Accessibility
We want this site to work for everyone who needs a garage door fixed, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard, or a phone held at arm's length in bright sun.
What we have built in
- Keyboard first. Every link, button and form field is reachable by keyboard, focus is always visible as a solid outline, and a Skip to content link is the first thing you reach on any page.
- Landmarks and headings. Each page has one H1, headings in order, and proper banner, navigation, main and contentinfo regions so a screen reader can jump between them.
- Touch targets. Buttons and navigation links are at least 44 pixels tall on touch screens.
- Contrast. Body and heading text is checked against its background and kept above the WCAG AA ratio of 4.5 to 1.
- Motion. There is one animation on the site, and it does not run at all if your device is set to reduce motion — or if you switch it off yourself.
- Reading options you control. The Aa button at the bottom right turns on bigger text, higher contrast, underlined links and no motion. Your choice is saved on your device and nothing is sent to us. It is our own control, not a third-party overlay: nothing here rewrites the page or interferes with the screen reader or magnifier you already use.
- Text, not pictures of text. Every image carries a description, and no phone number, price or heading is baked into an image.
- No pop-ups. Nothing covers the page, interrupts you, or has to be dismissed before you can read.
If something does not work for you
Call {{PHONE}} and say what you were trying to do. You will reach a person, not a form, and we will take the booking over the phone regardless. We treat an accessibility problem as a fault to fix, not feedback to file.
